MOU has been signed by Turkish Aerospace Industries & Pakistan's National Engineering & Science Commission (NESCOM) is to support underdevelopment Pakistani Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle UAV.

This MOU doesn't imply that Pakistan might  directly purchase ANKA UAV.  NESCOM is looking for cooperation in filed of sensors and weapons.

j-16 with pl-15 and pl-10, very nice
To admit I don't know and it was probably more a shot into the blue ... giggleghey (maybe I'm right now too much focused on that air arm) but there are rumours since some time that the NA will replace their old JH-7 (at first) and later JH-7A by the J-16 and since it has a similar scheme to the J-15 I think it is not unlikely. Concerning your question you are surely correct, but there are also rumours since some time that the very first Batch 01 JH-7s were already transferred to the Naval University ... so maybe.
